Trafogram ("we", "us") provides a travel-time monitoring service. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Data we collect

Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password, managed via ASP.NET Core Identity.
Routes you create — the origin and destination addresses, travel mode, and update interval of the routes you choose to monitor.
Travel-time history — periodic measured travel times for your routes (timestamps and durations).
Preferences — your language and theme, stored in cookies/local storage on your device.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies — an authentication cookie (when signed in), a language cookie, and your cookie-consent choice. These are required for the site to work and are not used for tracking.
Google Analytics (GA4) — used to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2) and only enabled if you click "Accept" on the consent banner. You can decline, and analytics cookies will not be set.

Third-party services

Google Maps Platform — to compute travel times and render maps. Map/address data is processed by Google.
Google reCAPTCHA — to protect sign-in/registration from abuse. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Google Fonts & jsDelivr (CDN) — to deliver fonts and front-end libraries; your IP is visible to these providers when assets load.
SendGrid — to deliver account emails (confirmation, password reset).

How we use your data

To provide the service (monitor your routes and show their history), secure your account, send account emails, and — only with consent — measure aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can view and export your personal data, or delete your account and associated data, from your account settings (Personal Data). For EU/UK users, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection under the GDPR. Contact us to exercise them.

Data retention

We keep route and travel-time data while your account is active. Deleting a route or your account removes the associated records.
