By using Trafogram you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Trafogram monitors travel times for routes you define and shows historical patterns. Travel times are estimates derived from third-party data (Google Maps) and may be inaccurate or unavailable. Do not rely on them for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may apply fair-use limits (such as the number of active routes and how often they update) and may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to exceed configured limits.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls.
Premium & payments
Paid plans, where offered, are billed through our payment processor. Limits and features for each plan are described on the pricing page. Prices and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Availability & warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
